• ZheraDesign may showcase completed work in portfolios

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZheraDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Warranties Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold ZheraDesign harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of client-provided content or from any breach of these terms by the client.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for payment of completed work
• Work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state
• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
